ease the pressure on our telephone
support team. Many times it is the
simplest of things that cause a PC to
function improperly.

level of support received once a product
or service is sold is a key factor in
deciding what company to purchase from.
Our support capabilities include a *24
hour callout, and customer service
information and support are available via
eMail and telephone.

Warranty
and Maintenance Agreements
We
offer a variety of warranty and
maintenance contracts. We will be
happy to review the options based
on specific needs and
requirements. As a general rule
new systems and new parts are
covered by a 12 month warranty, 2nd
user systems and parts are
guaranteed up to three months.
